skiinskioutguide.com ("we", "us", "our") is an independent website that compares ski-in/ski-out hotels at ski resorts and links to third-party sites where those hotels, lift tickets and transfers can be booked. We are not a hotel, resort, travel agency or booking platform. When you use this website, certain data may be collected as described in this policy.
When you visit this site, standard server logs may record your IP address, browser type, referring URL, and pages visited. This data is used solely for security and performance monitoring and is not linked to any personal identity.
We may use privacy-focused analytics tools to understand aggregate traffic patterns (pages visited, referral sources, country-level location). No personal profiles are built from analytics data and we do not attempt to identify individual visitors.

Hotel links go to Expedia through the Expedia Group affiliate programme, which is operated by Partnerize; links for lift tickets, ski lessons and airport transfers go to GetYourGuide. When you click one of these links and complete a booking, that platform processes your personal data (name, contact details, payment information, stay dates) under its own privacy policy. We never receive or store payment data, guest names, or booking details — only anonymous, aggregate reports on how many referrals converted.
The hotel facts published here — guest ratings, review counts, star ratings, addresses, coordinates and indicative nightly rates — come from Google Hotels data accessed through the DataForSEO API, and are checked against each property's own website and the resort's official lodging pages. They describe businesses, not people. No review author, guest or other individual is identified anywhere on this site.
Server log data is retained for a maximum of 30 days for security purposes and then deleted. We do not maintain any persistent database of visitor data.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you, and to object to its processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@skiinskioutguide.com. Requests about a booking you made on Expedia or GetYourGuide must go to that platform, as we hold none of that data.
